After a decade of dating, Dean and Dylan tied the knot in a gorgeous destination wedding in Western Australia. From the historic church wedding to the opulent reception, every part of this interstate wedding was perfectly suited for this lovely couple.
Eight months before their big day, the Divon Photography team met up with Dean and Dylan for a pre-wedding photoshoot in the Sydney CBD. We captured a series of black-and-white minimalist portraits that reflected their love and admiration for each other, as they strolled hand-in-hand through the iconic sites and landmarks of the Harbour City.
For their wedding day, our team flew to Perth to document the romantic ceremony at Wesley Church and the bling reception at Crown Towers. Not only was the church a beautiful backdrop for their nuptials, but it was also incredibly special for Dean, who was the third generation of his family to get married there.
After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests kicked off their reception in style. Their trendy cityscape venue was decorated in shades of black, white, and gold, serving as the perfect setting for their same-sex wedding celebration. It was a spectacular way to end the evening and toast to Dean and Dylan’s new life together.
